Here's who I am & what I do

My journey with sushi began over 15 years ago when I started as a dishwasher at a local Japanese restaurant. This experience taught me the importance of cleanliness and proper food preparation, and sparked a deep interest in the art of sushi-making. Over time, my passion for sushi grew and I dedicated myself to honing my skills in rolling, cutting, and presentation. Through extensive training and practice, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of this craft. My focus is on providing dishes that are not only delicious but also healthy, fresh, and natural. By using only the highest quality vegetables and seafood, I am able to create flavor harmonies that are truly exquisite. My commitment to excellence in every aspect of sushi-making is evident in every dish I prepare.
